Grazeldiz serves as a Director of the Centre on a pro bono basis, leveraging her strategic vision and scholarly expertise to propel our mission.
Grazeldiz brings to the Foundation a proven track record of engaging stakeholders across all levels, from grassroots communities to government agencies, international organizations, and funding bodies. Her unwavering commitment to ethical governance, evidence-based policy, and inclusive community engagement strengthens our capacity to achieve sustainable, participatory change.
She is currently a Ph.D. scholar at the Centre for European Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, where her research examines the impact of online hate speech on democracy and electoral integrity in Europe.
Her academic credentials include an M.Phil in European Studies and a Master’s in International Studies from the School of International Studies at Jawaharlal Nehru University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Jesus and Mary College, University of Delhi.
In her professional career, Grazeldiz holds the position of Development Manager at the State Capability Enhancement Project (SCEP) under the Government of Meghalaya. There, she designs and implements capacity-building initiatives informed by Problem-Driven Iterative Adaptation (PDIA) and Adaptive Leadership methodologies, developed in partnership with the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
Prior to SCEP, she worked with the Centre for Policy Research, National Institute of Urban Affairs, Young India Foundation, and HarperCollins India.
